Starbucks Protein Box Knockoff

Writer's picture: December D. JonesDecember D. Jones

I love Starbucks just like the next basic girl and I especially love their protein boxes. They are quick easy pick me ups and are packed with snacks that can refuel you. Being a SAHM, I don't have a bunch of time to drive to Starbucks and pick up a coffee and protein box.. so I created my own and I am giving all the details and how easy it is to prep them for the week.

1. PREP

These boxes are super easy and quick to prep for the week. It takes about 20-30 min to prep and they don't spoil so you can make 5-6 to last you for the whole week. That's saving you from making a 20-30 min trip to Starbucks E V E R Y D A Y. I usually prep them on Sunday night in glass containers stack them in my fridge for easy access.

2.PRICE

A protein box at Starbucks will cost you $5.50 or more, when you make them yourself they can range from $1.00-$1.50 - Not only are you able to save time but now you are saving MONEY!

SIDE NOTE: I am not hating on Starbucks - I absolutely love it but I'm also down for saving some money and going to Starbucks as a treat not a daily thing.

3. DETAILS

I've created two different Starbucks boxes that contain the following:

BOX A: Grapes, Hard Boiled Egg, Muesli Bread, Peanut Butter, Turkey Rolls, and Cheese Cubes

BOX B: Cucumber slices, Carrots, Light Ranch Dip, Cheese Cubes, Hard Boiled Egg, Grapes

You can mix and match or choose different fruit

Would love to hear and see pictures if you've tried your own version of protein boxes!!

Love a Starbucks lover on a budget

xo December
