If you follow me on Instagram you know that I am a HUGE Peloton fan. I started to work out in August of 2019 and quickly realized that I needed something to take my workouts to the next level. I loved that I found an appreciation for working out and moving my body but I felt like I could give so much more. So I started to research cardio machines, stair masters, treadmills, elliptical, you name it. I researched and researched until I stumbled upon the Peloton... I had never cycled before and I was so intimated and confused by it.

Fast forward to December 2019 I talked the decision over with my husband and we decided the Peloton would be the best cardio machine investment.. upon pressing that purchase button I was STILL perplexed by the machine and whether this huge investment was going to be worth it.

Fast forward again to January 2020 the Pelton bike gets delivered. I was so hesitate and intimated by the bike that I didn't even ride the first day. I just admired from afar.

Some of the thoughts going through my head...

What if I don't get a "good enough" workout from just a bike?

What if I just invested in a bike that I will never use? It is possible for someone who is so short to really use this bike?

Will I even enjoy cycling?

What if I don't get it and I fail at this?

Oh but was I so so wrong to even think ANY of these things. The next day I took a 30 min low impact ride and I was hooked!

I got off the bike and felt like I finally accomplished something major. I learned that every ride is at YOUR pace so there is no such thing at being "good enough".

I use my bike and/or Peloton APP that includes strength workouts, yoga, meditation, and so much more 5-6x a week.

I learned how to level my bike to my exact height.

I LOVE cycling is an understatement. Cycling is part of my life now. I feel like I can't talk about cycling enough.

I have not only noticed a change in my body but more importantly I have noticed a change in my mind and heart. I feel stronger, I feel accomplished every time I get off the bike. I also feel like my heart gets cleared from stress. The instructors each have something to offer and I have learned to really enjoy each instructor for what they have to offer. Whether it's a laugh, some inspiration message, and high intensity kick butt spin class, or an easy going listening to music ride.

If you are interested in Peloton please do not hesitate to reach out to me and ask all the questions..
